Ideal candidate • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in good standing in your state. • At least 3 years of experience in estate planning or closely related practice areas. • Demonstrated experience in Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning. • Able to independently onboard and manage clients within a structured system. • Multi-state licensure or reciprocity strongly preferred.
