[Remote] Entity Management Paralegal

The role involves supporting attorneys with entity formation and management, as well as evaluating and rationalizing the current entity structure. Responsibilities • Supporting attorneys with entity formation and management, including international subsidiaries • Support the evaluation of their current entity structure and provide recommendations, as needed, to rationalize these entities • Support any reconciliation efforts between entities pertaining to processes or legal structure Skills • Experience in entity formation and management • Knowledge of international subsidiaries • Ability to evaluate entity structures and provide recommendations • Experience with reconciliation efforts between entities Company Overview • Legalpeople is a dedicated legal staffing company located in Atlanta GA.
