We provide both Post-Acute Care and Long-Term Care services for those in need including caregiver services, skilled nursing, and therapy, along with remote patient monitoring (RPM). Join us as we build the future of home care We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Agent for our Live Chat team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through real-time chat support. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of service. • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and provide step-by-step solutions. • Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary. • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily. • Continuously seek to improve the customer experience by gathering feedback and suggesting improvements. • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. • Proven experience in customer service, particularly in a live chat environment. • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude. • Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools is preferred. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
