Description: As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ customers receive top-notch support. Your main responsibilities will include: • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat • Providing fast, friendly, and professional assistance • Troubleshooting product and service issues to find optimal solutions • Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions • Staying up to date on client products, services, and policies to provide accurate information • Collaborating with teammates and sharing feedback to continuously improve the customer experience Requirements: We’re looking for highly motivated individuals with a customer-first attitude and the ability to work independently.
