Regional Sales Manager - North America (South / Southeast / West) About the Company Our client is part of a global manufacturing group serving the wire drawing industry, with headquarters in Europe and North American operations based in Decatur, Indiana. They have production sites around the world and a strong commitment to long-term growth and customer relationships. The Role We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to own and grow a large North American territory covering the South, Southeast, and Western regions. You'll work independently while being part of a close-knit commercial team of five, reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing. This is a remote role, ideally based in the Carolinas, Georgia, Alabama, or as far west as Texas. What You'll Do • Manage and grow your assigned sales territory • Build strong relationships by visiting customer plants and working with operations teams • Provide technical guidance and help customers choose the right products • Develop sales strategies, key accounts, and long-term agreements • Identify new opportunities through market and competitor analysis • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure great customer experiences • Prepare sales forecasts and performance updates What We're Looking For • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (wire drawing, copper, or steel industry experience strongly preferred).
