Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Manage phone systems to assist with reservations, inquiries, and guest requests. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately. Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Qualifications Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Knowledge of hospitality management principles is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance guest relations. Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
