Property Management Finance Manager

As our portfolio grows, we’re adding a Property Management Finance Coordinator / Manager to join our team. About the Role This is a hands-on, remote-friendly finance role for someone with deep property management accounting experience. You’ll own day-to-day financial operations and partner closely with leadership and property managers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalable processes. Level (Coordinator vs. Manager) will be based on experience and scope. What You’ll Do • Manage daily PM accounting activities (AP, AR, rent collection, owner distributions) • Reconcile bank and trust accounts • Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports • Support month-end and year-end close • Maintain financial integrity in Rentvine and QuickBooks Online • Collaborate with property managers to resolve discrepancies • Support 1099s and U.S. tax-related reporting • Improve workflows, controls, and documentation as we scale • Serve as a financial resource for internal teams and ownership Requirements: What We’re Looking For • Property management bookkeeping experience • Strong working knowledge of U.S. tax laws relevant to real estate investments and small-mid businesses. • Experience with QuickBooks Online • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Clear, professional written and verbal communication • Fluent in English Nice to Have • Multi-entity or multi-portfolio PM experience • Exposure to short-term rentals or mixed-use portfolios • Experience supporting a growing or scaling PM company • Accounting or Finance degree (or equivalent experience) Apply tot his job
