Project Manager - Fully Remote in DMA

Project Manager - Up to $130,000 - Fully remote position but need to be based in DMA Your New Company A Colorado focused General Contractor / Sub-Contractor with a history in Framing, Tenant Improvement, Renovations & Special Projects (from $100,000 - $5M+). However, the goal is to get Projects up to $50M over the coming years With projects across Colorado - you will hold a leading role in the Pre-construction Department as they start to bring this in-house and away from a Third Party, whilst also managing Projects end to end as a PM. Your New Role • Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment. • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates. • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure estimates align with project goals. • Monitor project costs and provide updates as needed throughout the project lifecycle. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options. • Manage projects Cradle to Grave as a PM What you'll need to succeed • At least, 5 years+ of experience in construction estimating (commercial or residential) or as an APM ready to take the step to PM • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
