We offer same-day deliver through sustainable methods including e-bikes, electronic vehicles, and drones, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. • Each Full-Time L4 Staff Pharmacist is offered a standard, competitive Compensation & Benefits package: o Estimated total compensation of $140,000 annually o Earn up to $157,000 annually with shift differentials (if applicable) o Wide-ranging Benefits that sets industry standards BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree • Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in the state of employment • Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations • Proficiency with pharmacy computer systems • Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment • Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills Physical Requirements: • May require the ability to lift up to 20 lbs (role-dependent) • May require extended periods of standing or sitting PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • 1+ years of retail or mail-order pharmacy experience • Experience in customer service or clinical consultation • Additional state pharmacy licenses Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $93,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $161,000/year in our highest geographic market.
