Organization: Noah Career Coaching (NCC) Location: Remote (United States) Schedule: Overnight Shift (Flexible hours between 10:00 PM–7:00 AM EST) Commitment: 5–10 hours weekly Start Date: Immediately Compensation: Unpaid Volunteer Position About Noah Career Coaching Noah Career Coaching is a volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals to discover their strengths, navigate career pathways, and access professional development opportunities. We provide free coaching, mentorship, career resources, and training to job seekers of all ages and backgrounds. Our team of volunteers spans multiple departments—including HR, Mental Health & Wellness, Web Development, Loss Prevention, and more—all working together to provide high-impact support to the communities we serve. Position Overview The Overnight HR Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations outside of regular business hours. This volunteer will support HR tasks, maintain communication with volunteers across time zones, and ensure onboarding and compliance systems remain up-to-date overnight. This role is ideal for someone who works nights, prefers late shifts, or wants a flexible remote opportunity that makes a real impact. Key Responsibilities • Monitor HR inbox and respond to volunteer questions during overnight hours • Review new volunteer applications and route them to the HR Director or Team Leads • Assist with onboarding tasks, including verifying completed forms and orientation progress • Update volunteer records in NCC’s HR systems (Google Workspace, ClickUp, Zoho/BambooHR if implemented) • Prepare overnight reports summarizing inquiries, pending tasks, and recommended follow-ups • Ensure compliance with NCC policies, including confidentiality, eligibility, and safety guidelines • Serve as a point of contact for volunteers in international time zones • Support scheduling, documentation, and basic administrative functions as needed Qualifications • Must be at least 18 years old • Strong communication and organizational skills • Comfort working independently during non-traditional hours • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HR/volunteer policies • Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace • Prior HR, administrative, or nonprofit experience is helpful but not required • NCC will train all volunteers thoroughly What You Gain • Real-world HR experience in a growing nonprofit organization • Leadership opportunities within the HR Department • Training in volunteer management, onboarding, compliance, and nonprofit operations • Letters of recommendation after 90 days of active service • Opportunity to advance to HR Team Lead or HR Director roles • Flexible overnight schedule that fits your lifestyle Time Commitment • Approximately 5–10 hours per week, flexible overnight hours Apply tot his job
