National Account Manager

The National Account Manager will develop new prospects and engage existing customers to increase sales of HVAC products and services across large national accounts. Responsibilities Assist in growing sales by targeting existing and prospective national accounts Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations Participate in negotiation of prices and terms of sales and service agreements Ensure high post-sales satisfaction to build positive long-term relationships and strong potential for repeat business Participate in account and territory plans at the annual, quarterly, and monthly levels Skills Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience At least 1 year of related experience Up to 50% travel Strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems Knowledge principles and processes for providing customer service.
