The OutlineIf you are a talented person looking for a break-through opportunity, or looking for the right environment and role to grow and develop, we’d like to hear from you.With an extensive creative team of 3D artists, graphic designers, illustrators and editors; we operate an established video production department which includes Midland Road Studios, an HD digital XR film studio on-site.The motion graphics specialist role sits at the heart of the video department, working collaboratively with the rest of the creative team to help produce animations for videos, adverts, training, events, presentations and more.What ou’ll be doing day-to-day:Creating high-quality motion graphics for digital content including promotional videos, social media, websites and campaignsWorking with both self-created or provided assetsCollaborating with the full creative team to bring motion-graphic and video concepts to lifeWork collaboratively with the video team to produce engaging digital content for a range of clients and purposes.Working with many brands, including global market leaders, showcasing your adaptability to different styles and ability to follow brand guidelines wellWork autonomously, with ownership of your own commercial projectsWhat you’ll have to offer:An ability to deliver final engaging edits by following process and responding to feedbackExperience working across the Adobe Creative suite, including expert use of After EffectDeliver final engaging edits, ready for export in formats ranging from MP4 and MOV to Lottie and GIFA desire to stay up to date on motion trends in digital contentStrong communication skills and ability to work on fast-paced campaignsA portfolio of personal or professional work showcasing engaging motion design and creative edits across a variety of contextsWhat you get in return:Salary Bracket: £24,000 to £30,000 depending on experience33 days paid holiday, with extra days for long serviceHybrid work from home 2 days per week – after probationary periodFlexible hours to help you balance work and lifeCompany pension schemeOn-site parkingA sociable, supportive team who genuinely enjoy working togetherRegular agency get-togethersA stocked kitchen with fresh coffee, fruit, and biscuitsA workplace that values mental health, inclusion, and respectIf you want to work for a company that will value your personal brand of creativity, then send us your portfolio and a covering letter telling us why you want to work here.MOTION DESIGNER #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
