Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems. Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support or a related field. Familiarity with Microsoft products and services, such as Office 365 or Azure. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Certifications in Microsoft products or services, such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).
