Job Summary Responsible for overseeing daily business operations and ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures. Ensures internal control adherence and provides audit support. Manages the financial affairs of the system by implementing and monitoring internal controls. Coordinates the preparation of financial plans and reports. Conducts studies and makes recommendations to ensure the effective and cost-efficient operation of the Company. Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees, as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies, assist in development and meeting of, departmental budget. Job Description Core Responsibilities • Develops, implements and maintains internal controls to safeguard Company assets. • Establishes, monitors and reports on capital and operating expenditures. • Provides Accounting department with monthly reporting information for financial statement preparation. • Facilitates the preparation of annual budgets. • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Skills Business, Collaboration, Team Player Compensation This job can be performed in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, and Washington with a Pay Range of $105,096.00 - $197,055.00. Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
