We’re looking for a Sales Consultant who thrives on building relationships and delivering a customer experience that feels personal, supportive, and genuinely helpful. You should have an eye for aesthetics, enjoy elements of design, and be passionate about helping customers bring beautiful spaces to life. Your focus will be on listening, asking the right questions, and guiding customers through their project—whether it’s understanding their budget, scope, or timeline, or helping them explore collections and styles that fit their vision. This is a role for someone who is energized by conversation, enjoys problem-solving, and is motivated by turning client inquiries into successful projects. You’ll need to bring a team-first attitude, but also a competitive edge—after all, this is sales. What We’re Looking For ● Customer-Centric Mindset: You genuinely enjoy helping people and know how to make them feel heard and supported. ● Sales Skills: At least 2 years in a customer-facing sales role with a track record of building relationships and closing business. ● Cabinetry Knowledge: Minimum of 1–2 years of cabinet industry experience is strongly preferred, but we’ll consider candidates who have the right stuff and a passion for helping customers build beautiful spaces. ● Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to different customer needs. ● Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with learning systems, CRM tools, and product details. ● Organized & Self-Motivated: Able to manage leads, track progress, and stay on top of follow-ups without losing sight of the bigger picture. ● Team Player: Collaborative, positive, and willing to support teammates to help the whole team succeed.
