The ideal candidate will have a positive, enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn. They will also be a hard worker who looks at problems as opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities -Expand B2B business development in Fairfax County by communicating with business owners and identifying current marketing problems & possible solutions to increase their sales. -Perform outbound calls to business owners. Setting up appointments for fellow team members to meet and close sales. -Manage print advertising products from initial phase to completion (in coordination with team members). -Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software. -Daily TEAMs meetings. -Weekly in-person meeting. Requirements -Valid drivers license -1 year sales experience -Strong English communication skills -Phone to contact customers. -Self starter after initial training.
