As a Senior Director of Sales - Costco, you will be responsible for: Leading and developing the Costco team to exceed client expectations Establishing MPG as a leading sales strategy and services team within the Costco landscape Managing end-to-end client relationships and delivering strategic recommendations Cultivating strong relationships with retailers and vendors Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for Costco, providing insights and solutions Maintaining data accuracy and quality assurance Exhibiting strong financial acumen and managing P&L Providing omnichannel support and trend analysis To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of selling or buying experience in the Club Channel, with direct relationships with Costco Merchants Proficiency in data analysis and sales storytelling Strong project management skills and excellent communication skills Robust knowledge of the consumer products industry, including category, brand, and retail strategies Ability to listen, understand, and resolve competing priorities effectively In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a generous package of health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, paid maternity/paternity leave, and life insurance.
