Description: Work within a dedicated territory to achieve a revenue-based quota Manage a high volume of customer engagements via phone and email Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts Maintain a mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services Assist customers in resolving concerns/roadblocks Maintain customers and prospects within our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) Undertake sales motions which may or may not include lead generation, lead conversion, health checks, and/or renewing contracts Deliver expert customer experiences always with a smile.
