Incumbent must pass background check and be able to be able to pass public adjuster licensing exam. What You’ll Do: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate leads. Identify client needs and present our solutions clearly and confidently. Build rapport with prospects and maintain a positive attitude, even in the face of challenges. Set appointments for follow-up with our sales team. Track and report on your daily call activity and lead generation results. What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to strangers and can explain complex ideas simply. Resilience and persistence—you’re not afraid of rejection and know that every “no” brings you closer to a “yes.” Self-motivated—you take initiative and enjoy working independently to hit targets.
