What You’ll Do: • Sales Focus: Make outbound calls, build rapport with prospects, and close sales to hit key sales metrics. • Lead Conversion: Work with provided leads to generate auto, home, and other insurance policies. • Client Support: Handle light service work to maintain exceptional client relationships. • Team Collaboration: Stay connected live on Zoom throughout the day for support, coaching, and camaraderie to drive sales success. What We’re Looking For: • Licensed Professional: Must hold a valid Property and Casualty (P&C) License. • Sales-Savvy: Comfortable making outbound calls and turning prospects into clients. • Time Zone Flexibility: Available to work 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. • Remote Work Setup: Must have: • A hard-wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi). • A dedicated, closed-door home office to maintain professionalism during Zoom calls. • Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative, live work environment on Zoom. • Goal-Oriented: Motivated by commission opportunities and meeting sales targets.
