Role Overview Responsibilities... We are seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager with a passion for fostering strong relationships and leading projects to successful outcomes. In this critical role, you will be responsible for: Building and nurturing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Leading consulting projects from the post-sales stage through to completion, ensuring all aspects such as scope, deliverables, budget, and client satisfaction are met. Creating and managing essential documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and status reports, for both clients and internal teams. Overseeing the daily execution of projects to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery. Contributing to strategic innovation initiatives and identifying opportunities to enhance client value. Collaborating with the account team to spot and act on additional value opportunities for clients. Driving continuous improvement in implementation methodologies and service offerings based on client feedback. Traveling to client locations as necessary, up to 30% of the time. What We're Looking For 5 to 8 years of experience in IT Project Management. Proven ability to influence and consult effectively, presenting options with clear pros, cons, and risks, while providing leadership in addressing governance and technical challenges. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer experience and an ability to navigate cultural diversity. Experience in deploying Enterprise Software, particularly Salesforce, in client settings. Background with Fortune 500 companies or large consulting firms on mission-critical systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative team player with strong organizational and analytical skills. Familiarity with SaaS deployments and related architecture is an advantage. Experience with public sector projects is a plus. Preferred experience with Salesforce Platform and project delivery. Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. MBA is a plus. CSM, PMP, and Salesforce certifications are preferred.
