Role Overview As an Enterprise Account Executive , your primary mission is to drive net-new business growth by targeting and closing large enterprise accounts. You will develop tailored go-to-market strategies, identify ideal customer profiles, build strategic relationships with executive decision-makers, and position BlueCloud as an industry leader. You’ll work closely with solution architects, marketing, and delivery teams to craft compelling value propositions that align with the client’s cloud and data modernization needs. Key Responsibilities Own the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on acquiring new enterprise logos Identify key stakeholders and build relationships with C-level executives, VPs, and senior technology buyers Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer needs and create tailored proposals Conduct impactful discovery sessions and lead high-stakes conversations around cloud transformation, data analytics, and managed services Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals, leveraging BlueCloud’s capabilities and partnerships Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual new business targets Qualifications 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within consulting, cloud services, or data/analytics firms Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data engineering, analytics, and digital transformation Skilled at engaging executive-level stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strategic thinker with a high degree of autonomy and accountability Experience using CRM tools and sales methodologies
