As a key member of our commercial team, you'll be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with airline partners across EMEA and driving commercial growth. Requirements Strong sales and negotiation skills to present the value proposition, negotiate and close deals. Sound customer-centricity, is able to quickly understand customer needs, value and economic drivers in order to identify new business opportunities. Has a challenger mindset, can offer the customer unique perspectives through key insights and challenging assumptions. Strong skills in building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels. Able to grow and nurture a professional network and to establish trust. Strong analytical and forecasting skills, at ease playing with and discussing numbers. Great project management skills with a commitment to timely and outstanding execution. Remarkable communication and presentation skills, is able to make a compelling case for partnerships to different audiences.
