About the Role: ? Sales Leadership:Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, with a focus on enterprise healthcare clients. ? Market Development:Identify and target key decision-makers within healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, and revenue cycle management teams. ? Solution Expertise:Communicate the value of our AI solutions and tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of prospective clients. ? Client Relationships:Build and sustain trusted partnerships with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives and operational leaders. ? Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client feedback informs future development and strategy. ? Quota Achievement:Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company. About You: ? 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry. ? Familiarity with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). ? Demonstrated expertise in selling to revenue cycle management teams and securing large enterprise contracts. ? Experience working in high-growth healthcare technology startups or large-scale healthcare organizations. ? Strong network within the healthcare industry, particularly among decision-makers in revenue cycle management. ? Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. ? Highly driven, self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Preferred Qualifications: ? Familiarity with AI solutions and their applications in healthcare. ?
