Key Responsibilities

? Efficiently resolve client concerns, maintaining accurate account histories and ensuring inquiries are addressed satisfactorily.
? Consistently meet client service level agreements (SLAs) and production benchmarks.
? Collaborate with colleagues and management to resolve inquiries and guide new team members on customer service best practices.
? Suggest enhancements to workflows and procedures for optimized client inquiry handling.

Required Skills
? At least two years of customer service experience in any field.
? Proficiency with basic help desk software and Microsoft Office applications.
? Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, along with effective written and verbal communication capabilities.
? Ability to identify and engage the appropriate stakeholders for resolving client inquiries.
