DTC Experts is a fast-growing startup that hosts B2B conferences across the United States for founders, executives, and directors of tech-forward industries like e-commerce. Through high-impact events, DTC Experts creates opportunities for learning, collaboration, and new business relationships. In order to scale the events and expand our impact, we are seeking a growth lead to work closely with the founders and take ownership of go-to-market strategy.
This individual will play a critical role in expanding DTC Experts? reach, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and engagement with our events. They will create and manage lead databases via tools like LinkedIn Sales Nav, Apollo, Clay, etc. and lead outreach campaigns to identify and engage with key decision-makers in e-commerce and other industries, utilizing lead scraping, mass sending, data verification, and other AI based tools. This position requires a data-driven approach, ability to learn new tech platforms quickly, high speed to action, and an extreme attention to detail.
Required Qualifications: ? 2+ years of experience in outbound lead generation & marketing ? Proven success in managing high-volume outreach campaigns with measurable results ? Strong proficiency with CRM systems and outreach tools ? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English ? Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on follow-through and results ? Entrepreneurial spirit and resourceful with owning projects end to end
