As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our cybersecurity product offerings for enterprise and investigative use cases. What You'll Do:
? Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SpyClouds Enterprise and Investigations cybersecurity products, ensuring alignment with market demands, customer needs, and company objectives.
? Drive the end-to-end delivery of new features and enhancements, working closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
? Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather, document, and prioritize product requirements. Create clear and actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria to guide development.
? Engage directly with customers and prospects to understand their workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes. Use these insights to inform product development and ensure solutions address real-world challenges.
? Work with UI/UX design teams to ensure product interfaces are intuitive and user-friendly, especially for enterprise and investigative use cases. Balance user experience considerations with technical and business constraints.
? Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
? Oversee the full lifecycle of the products and features, from ideation/discovery, prototyping to launch, iteration, and sunsetting. Maintain focus on delivering value at every stage.
? Collaborate with product marketing to define positioning, messaging, and materials for product launches. Support sales teams with training, collateral, and customer presentations.
? Define success metrics for product launches and enhancements. Regularly analyze performance data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
