Staff Data Scientist - Notification & Engagement Strategy

? We are seeking talented Data Scientists to join our Guest & Host Experience Data Science team.
? As a Staff Data Scientist in the Notification & Engagement space, you will be instrumental in shaping our strategy to drive user engagement and satisfaction.
? You will collaborate with XF partners across product, engineering, design and marketing to improve and personalize notifications.
? Research and develop metrics to measure notification fatigue.
? Partner with Engineering teams to develop and evaluate models to optimize notifications.
? Perform a deep-dive analysis of the effectiveness of various product experiences.
? Regularly present findings and recommendations to inform strategy and cross-functional roadmaps.

Requirements: ? Advanced degree (PhD or Masters) in Data Science, Econometrics, Statistics, or a related field. ? 9+ years of relevant industry experience (6+ with a PhD). ? Proven ability to effectively communicate and influence at various altitudes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ? Experience working with XFN partners in product, engineering, and design to enable data-driven product development with a focus on the user experience. ? Experience with causal inference and machine learning techniques, ideally in a multi-sided platform setting. ? Prior experience in notifications and/or marketing is preferred.
