Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative/Help Desk Support/Collections Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to arrange payments for overdue accounts while providing empathetic and professional communication. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to discuss overdue accounts and arrange payment plans
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Assist customers with inquiries and technical issues related to our products and services
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a call center, help desk support, or collections role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent
