Requirements

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.


• Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and policies.


• Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and refunds.


• Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.


• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM system.


• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
