Role
? Individual contributor role, reporting to the VP of Sales and working from your home office.
? $100k to $120k base salary, commensurate with previous success and earnings. On-Target Earnings (OTE) is double your base.

About the Role
We are looking for one of our first Account Executives to join our growing sales team. As an early sales hire, you will play a pivotal role in owning and optimizing the inbound sales cycle. Your contributions will directly impact our revenue growth, sales strategy, and overall customer acquisition efforts.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product, to refine our sales processes and ensure an exceptional buying experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
? Own the full sales cycle from qualification to close, with a primary focus on outbound and product-qualified leads (PQLs).
? Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, pain points, and business objectives.
? Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases.
? Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, managing multiple deals at different stages simultaneously.
? Effectively negotiate contract terms, and pricing, and handle legal and security-related requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
? Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, aiming for 5?10 closed deals per month with an average contract value (ACV) of $20,000+.
? Provide a consultative sales approach by educating potential customers on our value proposition and how it can drive business success.
? Work closely with marketing to ensure smooth lead handoff and improve conversion rates.
? Collaborate with sales leadership and peers to refine playbooks, messaging, and sales strategies to improve efficiency and close rates.
? Document sales activities, customer feedback, and deal progress in CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements
? 2.5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within SaaS, startups, or technology-driven companies.
? Proven track record of success in high-volume outbound or inbound sales, consistently achieving or exceeding quotas.
? Strong negotiation skills and experience handling complex contract discussions, including legal and security requirements.
? A self-starter mindset with a hunger to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-growing environment.
? Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
