About the position
The Consumer Insight Manager at Disney is responsible for leveraging data analytics to inform strategy development and enhance the guest experience across Disneyland Resort. This role involves integrating insights from various data sources, managing consumer insight projects, and collaborating with internal and external partners to drive actionable conclusions that support long-term business strategies.
Responsibilities
? Create fact-based insights by mining and analyzing data to test hypotheses.

Requirements
? Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in consumer insights, marketing/sales, market research, strategic planning, or new product development.

? Experience in project management.

? Proficient in data analytics and tools such as SPSS, SAS, and R.

? Experience in quantitative and qualitative research and statistical techniques.

? Expertise in Excel and presentation software like PowerPoint.
