Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to assist in updating, maintaining, and managing company databases and records. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This role involves entering, verifying, and updating data across various platforms while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: ? Enter and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms. ? Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness. ? Ensure all data entry is accurate, organized, and up-to-date. ? Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. ? Perform data cleansing and data quality control as needed. ? Generate regular reports from databases or spreadsheets as requested. ? Collaborate with team members and... supervisors to resolve data discrepancies. ? Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or related fields is a plus. ? Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software. ? Strong attention to detail and accuracy. ? Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. ? Strong organizational and time management skills. ? Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently from a remote location. ? Basic understanding of data privacy and security principles.
