Responsibilities
• Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the system
• Resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer records
• Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures

Experience
• Proven experience in a customer service role
• Strong computer skills to navigate systems and perform data entry tasks
• Ability to analyze and solve customer issues efficiently
• Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to provide top-notch customer support
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
