Role Overview
As an BDR, you?ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for Account Executives. Key Responsibilities
? Prospect & Identify Leads ? Research businesses that benefit from our VOIP solutions.
? Cold Outreach ? Conduct calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to generate interest.
? Qualify Leads ? Identify key decision-makers and assess business needs.
? Schedule Appointments ? Set up meetings for Account Executives.
? CRM Management ? Track all prospect interactions and maintain a sales pipeline.
? Follow-Up ? Nurture leads through multiple touchpoints.
? Collaborate with Sales & Marketing ? Refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
? 0-2 years of experience (entry-level welcome).
? Strong communication and resilience in outbound sales.
? Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.
? CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
? Basic understanding of VOIP technology is a bonus.
