About the position
UPMC Health Plan is seeking a temporary Data Entry Professional for their Sales Support department. This hybrid position involves working both remotely and in the office, focusing on the accurate processing of Group Enrollment data in collaboration with Sales staff and Account Managers.
Responsibilities
? Ensure accurate input of data into various sales systems.

? Ensure all appropriate data is received to process the Group Enrollment Form (GEF).

? Identify quality improvement processes and procedures.
,
? Process Group Enrollment Forms (GEFs) on renewals, revisions, terminations, etc.
,
? Serve as the primary internal contact for Enrollment and premium billing for various processes.

? Work with Sales & Account Managers on new sales, renewals, revisions and terminations of group business.
Requirements
? High School Diploma strongly preferred.
,
? Previous experience in a data entry related position highly preferred.
,
? Managed care experience preferred.
,
? Previous customer service experience preferred.
,
? Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Access highly preferred.
