About the position
The Staff Engineer is a lead member of the engineering team responsible for delivering high-quality technology products and services in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. This role involves providing leadership across various engineering teams, ensuring the quality and performance of solutions, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical knowledge across front-end and back-end systems, and will be accountable for the entire lifecycle of solutions, from design to implementation.

? Utilize programming languages like Swift, Objective C, JavaScript, TypeScript, Dart, Python, C#, SQL, and NoSQL databases.

? Mentor more junior team members professionally to help them realize their full potential.

? Consistently share best practices and improve processes within and across teams.
Requirements
? Fluency and specialization with at least two modern languages such as Swift, Objective C, JavaScript, TypeScript, JSX, Dart, Python, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.

? Experience in building products using a micro-services architecture and extensible REST APIs.

? Experience building the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and current systems.

? Experience with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
,
? Fluency in DevOps Concepts, Cloud Architecture, and Azure DevOps Operational Framework.

? Experience in leveraging PowerShell scripting.
,
? Experience in existing Operational Portals such as Azure Portal.
,
? Experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments.

? Experience in Datacenter structure, capabilities, and offerings, including the Azure platform, and its native services.

? Experience in security protocols and products: Understanding of Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, OAuth.

? Experience in Azure Network (Subscription, Security zoning, etc).

? In-depth knowledge of CS data structures and algorithms.

? Knowledge of developer tooling across the software development life cycle (task management, source code, building, deployment, operations, real-time communication).

? Experience in Application Frameworks.

? Experience with XCode, VS Code, or a similar IDE.

? Experience in Risk assessment.

? Strong problem-solving ability.
