Clean and prepare vacation rental homes, ensuring they meet our high standards ? Perform full turnovers, including kitchens, living spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms ? Change and wash bedding and towels ? Sweep, mop, dust, and restock essential items ? Conduct inventory checks and report damages ? Ensure trash bins are placed for pickup ? Work independently and efficiently while following checklists What We?re Looking For: ? Experience: Prior housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience preferred ? Reliability: Must have dependable transportation and a smartphone ? Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and organization ? Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 25 lbs and handle active cleaning duties ?
