Our client is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Call Center Specialist or Contact Center Associate to join their onsite team in New Jersey. Job Function
? Act as the liasion between the firm + their clients.
? Assess client cases + document them for review.
? Reassure clients & ask questions to gain relevant legal information.
? Follow up with clients if information is missing.
? Handle incoming calls and leads.
Job Requirements
? 1?2 years of customer service experience with strong skills in resolving customer inquiries.
? Bachelor?s Degree preferred but not required.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
