Full Time Recruiting Manager Job Description
We are looking for a full-time full-desk recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, recruiting, and sales. This is a fully remote 1099 full commission position.

Responsibilities: ? Business development - landing clients, negotiating/executing contracts, and account management ? Source and recruit qualified candidates for open positions ? Screen candidates and conduct interviews ? Negotiate and close job offers ? Onboard new hires and provide them with support ? Maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in business or related field ? 2-10 years of experience in full-desk recruiting (MUST HAVE business development experience) ? Strong sales and negotiation skills ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
