Call Center Trainer

Randstad is supporting a national customer service organization. These roles are remote and can sit in certain states across the US. Responsibilities
? High school diploma or equivalent and previous supervisory experience in a call center environment. Leading virtual teams a plus.
? Possess a customer service background with the ability to drive results for your team.
? Team Management: Supervise a team of 15 or more virtual insurance service or sales consultants who engage with existing and prospective customers to offer tailored solutions.
? Highly experienced in delivering technical training programs to employees through virtual platforms
