Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Phone Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential in driving business growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. Duties
? Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote our products/services.
? Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
? Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, demonstrating technical knowledge of our offerings.
? Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on market approaches and improve sales techniques.
? Utilize software tools to track interactions, manage customer information, and report on sales activities.
? Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products/services.
? Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Experience
? Proven experience in sales or telemarketing.
? Proven results exceeding sales targets.
? Professional and clear verbal communication.
? Strong business development skills with a focus on customer relationship management.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate complex information clearly.
? Proficiency in using software tools for managing sales processes and customer interactions.
? A background in customer service is highly desirable, showcasing the ability to understand and meet client needs.
? A keen interest in market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
? Handle 100-250 dials per day
? Warm leads, 80% outbound, 20% inbound
Compensation:
Our compensation structure is designed so Sales Reps have an endless earning potential and we do not cap commissions! This position pays a competitive hourly rate with an aggressive commission plan, bonuses and spiffs. The average annual earnings are $70,000 and the top Sales Reps earn over $100,000 annually. Base pay and commissions paid weekly. The average weekly commissions are $700!
Shift: We operate Monday through Saturday 8am-8pm. You will work 40 hours per week (Overtime may be available).
Location: This position is fully remote but you must be located in the Orlando area.
