We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely manner.
Duties
? Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve issues
? Analyze customer needs and offer solutions or additional products/services
? Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
? Handle cash transactions following company procedures
? Utilize computerized systems to access and update customer information
? Maintain a high level of phone etiquette when interacting with customers
? Multilingual abilities are a plus for assisting a diverse customer base
Experience
? Prior experience in customer support or related fields is preferred
? Strong client services skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
? Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and customer support tasks
