What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Handle requests for new knowledge articles and enhancements in ServiceNow
• Develop and write new knowledge articles based on requests
• Update existing knowledge articles through routine maintenance
• Communicate with subject matter experts to verify information for knowledge requests
• Assist in managing the Knowledge Enablement team's queues

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Enrollment in classes as part of an SNHU degree program
• Access to a personal computer and the Internet
• Access to Microsoft Teams
