What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Coordinate the hiring process in accordance with employer policies and compliance with the affirmative action plan
? Develop recruitment and retention plans in consultation with hiring authorities
? Screen, interview, and refer qualified applicants to hiring authorities
? Represent the employer at recruitment events on local, regional, and national levels
? Analyze key Talent Acquisition statistics and trends to assist in data-driven human resource decisions

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Bachelor's degree in business, health, or a related field required, or 6 years of experience in lieu of degree
? Two to four years of relevant experience in recruitment or human resources
? Strong analytical decision-making skills
? Required proficiency in MS Office applications
? In-depth knowledge of recruitment systems and processes

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in healthcare recruitment or human resources
? Familiarity with affirmative action plans and compliance requirements
? Ability to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies
? Experience in conducting training related to employment processes
? Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with various levels of leadership
