What you will do

The Government Account Manager will manage relationships with our government clients, federal, state and city, to drive sales and revenue. This is a remote position based in the US. If you enjoy managing accounts in the public sector, keep reading!

How you will do it
? Generate sales, leads, identify opportunities within your account base for growth, and work to increase revenue from current accounts.
? Ensure clients are fully aware of our solutions. Partner with Marketing to create leads
? Cross sell and upsell an assigned installed base of customers.
? Increase customer satisfaction by understanding business needs and recommending FM:Systems solutions. Work closely with your Customer Success Managers to drive customer satisfaction.
? Create a strong referral network from your assigned accounts
? Expand current contract values through upselling additional software services
? Forecasting and tracking ? Utilize Sales Force and work closely with the clients to forecast and track sales opportunities.

What we look for
? Selling subscription based software, Saas and Haas
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent business experience
? 5+ years of account management experience working with public sector clients
? Technical aptitude working with software solutions
? Relationship management and cross functional communications
? Industries, Federal, State and local government experience
