Description:
? Process incoming Return Material Authorization (RMA) orders from Calix Customers
? Order entry for RMA orders, including order validation for order accuracy
? Respond to product delivery concerns and work with internal teams for resolution
? Answer delivery inquiries from customers and sales teams
? Inform customer about the ordering process
? Control and monitor inventory levels, including making system adjustments based on physical information
? Interface with third-party logistics vendors to ensure materials are moving through the supply chain.
Requirements: ? Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle ? Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com ? Transactional knowledge of order creation and RMA processing ? Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills ? Highly organized and motivated with the ability to work on multiple projects ? Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment ? Proven ability to meet deadlines, follow through on details, and provide input and feedback to the team ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Strong computer knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office and Excel ? Possess a professional and cooperative attitude
