Position Details:
? Type: Full-Time Remote Contract (1099)
? Hours: 37.5 hours per week
? Caseload: Kindergarten through 12th grade
? Start Date: Immediate, with potential for renewal
? Compensation: $32-$37/hour (negotiable based on experience and district needs)

What You'll Do:
? Provide customized instruction to meet the needs of students with diverse abilities.
? Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate academic and functional skills.
? Develop and oversee IEPs and participate in virtual meetings with educators and families.
? Use innovative strategies to support learning in a remote environment, ensuring student engagement.
? Regularly document student progress and maintain accurate records for compliance.

What We?re Looking For:
? Special Education Certification for Washington State (required)
? Proficiency in using virtual platforms and tools for teletherapy (training provided if needed)
? At least two years of experience in special education
? Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
