? Analyze, document, and translate business processes and requirements into Salesforce solutions.
? Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to implement Salesforce functionalities effectively.
? Conduct interviews with stakeholders to understand needs, document processes, and prioritize requirements.
? Translate requirements into functional specifications, develop user stories, and maintain documentation for Salesforce customizations.
? Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, facilitate meetings, and provide updates to stakeholders.
? Configure Salesforce, conduct testing, and ensure solutions comply with best practices.
? Develop training materials, conduct sessions for end-users, and provide ongoing support.
Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or related field. ? 8 years of proven experience as a Functional and Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce projects and configurations. ? Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficient in analysis tools. ? Salesforce Administrator or relevant certifications preferred. ? Experience with Salesforce integrations, Agile methodologies, and Salesforce Lightning components. ? Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
