We are seeking a dedicated Park Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive profitability for our locations.

Job Responsibilities
? Oversee the day-to-day management of RV parks, campgrounds, and Airbnb rental properties.
? Ensure all properties are well-maintained, clean, and ready for guest arrivals.
? Manage reservations, guest communications, and on-site services.
? Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff and maintenance personnel.
? Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue to optimize profitability.
? Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
? Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and compliance standards.
? Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and local authorities as needed.
? Develop marketing strategies to increase bookings and guest engagement.

Qualifications & Skills
? Experience in hospitality management, property management, or related field.
? Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
? Excellent communication and customer service skills.
? Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial reports.
? Hands-on approach with the ability to perform maintenance when needed.
? Proficiency in property management software and booking platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Roverpass, Firefly) is preferred but not necessary.
